Un’altra edizione di Startup Weekend Reggio Emilia vi aspetta dal 18 al 20 ottobre 2019 allo Spazio C-Lab.

L’evento rientra all’interno del primo weekend di inaugurazione delle iniziative del Festival della Cultura Tecnica: programma di seminari, dimostrazioni, laboratori ed eventi, rivolti al territorio, atti a promuovere l’istruzione e la formazione tecnica e scientifica, oltre che a valorizzare l’arte del saper fare e le connessioni tra il fare e il pensare.

Essere parte di questo contesto valorizza la promozione delle vostre idee innovative e tecnologiche, sia a livello regionale, essendo parte della programmazione regionale del Festival, che internazionale, per la notorietà del networking di appartenenza Techstars.

Hai un’idea che potrebbe rivoluzionare un bisogno nella nostra società, ma non sai da dove iniziare e con chi parlare?
Noi ti ascoltiamo! Startup Weekend fa al caso tuo! Trasforma la tua idea in un progetto concreto in sole 54 ore!
Sarai in grado di lavorare e confrontarti con i membri di alcune startup di successo e disruptive del territorio.
L’evento è aperto a tutti coloro che hanno sempre avuto il sogno di trovare soluzioni per cambiare e migliorare le cose, non ci sono limiti di età o istruzione.

Cosa è necessario portare all’evento?
Un alto quantitativo di energia! Proponi la tua idea o ascolta gli altri (é possibile infatti unirsi alla proposta di altri partecipanti senza presentarne una propria), vota le idee che trovi più interessanti e inserisciti in un team dove potrai far valere le tue abilità. Puoi venire con i tuoi amici, ma ti consigliamo di partecipare in team separati per vivere appieno l’esperienza. Ricorda, il team è tutto.
L’idea dovrà essere qualcosa su cui non hai mai lavorato in precedenza. Il problema che hai deciso di risolvere possono riguardare questioni sociali, educative, finanziarie, ambientali o di altro tipo. Nel corso del weekend sarai sfidato a creare un prototipo del tuo MVP, o prodotto minimo vitale, che soddisfi le esigenze del tuo cliente target. Riceverai feedback, e probabilmente cambierai approccio molte volte! Importante: non puoi aver lavorato in precedenza alla tua idea.

PREMIO: Il primo progetto classificato vincerá tre giornate di consulenza (per un totale di 24 ore) assieme ai partner dell’evento e la possibilitá di presentare il proprio progetto all’interno di una loro iniziativa, da decidere insieme.

Techstars Startup Weekend occupa tutto il fine settimana, a partire da venerdì sera.

Another Startup Weekend in Reggio Emilia. We are waiting for you from 18th to 20th October 2019 at C-Lab, (Palazzo dei Musei,Via Lazzaro Spallanzani n. 1) in Reggio Emilia. The event is part of the first weekend of the Festival of Technical Culture: a program of seminars, demonstrations, laboratories and events, aimed at promoting technical and scientific education and training, as well as to learn the connections between doing and thinking. Being part of this context enhancing the promotion of our innovative and technological ideas, both at the regional level, part of the regional programming of the Festival, and an international one, due to the reputation of Techstars’ networking.

Do you have an idea that could revolutionize a relevant need in our society, but you don’t know where to start and with whom to talk? We listen to you! Startup Weekend is for you!

Turn your idea into a concrete project in just 54 hours! You will be able to work and compare yourself with members of some successful and disruptive territory startups. The event is open to all those who have always had the dream of finding solutions to change and improve things, there are no age as limits. What should I bring to the event? A high amount of energy! Propose your idea or listen to others (you can in fact join the proposal of other participants without presenting your own), vote for the ideas you find most interesting and join a team where you find your abilities far better. You can come with your friends, but we recommend that you participate in separate teams to fully enjoy the experience. Remember, the team is everything. The idea will be something you have never worked on before. The problem you have decided to resolve concerns social, educational, financial, environmental or other issues. Over the weekend you will be challenged to create a prototype of your MVP, or minimum vital product, that meets the needs of your target customer. You will receive feedback, and you will probably change approach many times! Important: you may not have previously worked on your idea.

PRIZE: The first classified project will win three days of consultancy (for a total of 24 hours) together with the event’s Partners and the opportunity to present their project within their own initiative, to be decided together. Techstars Startup Busy weekend all weekend, starting Friday night ..

Friday October 18th
6:00 PM – Registration
Arrival at C-LAB and registration
6:30 PM – Welcome Pitch (Soon details)
6:45 PM – Organisation’s welcome
Brief presentation of the three-day agenda and introduction of the staff, the coaches, the speakers, and the facilitators.
7:30 PM – Pitches Start + Voting ideas
Ideas presentation. Each participant can propose his/her idea in a 1-minute pitch. Then, the participants will vote for the best projects to work on during the weekend.
8:30 PM – Dinner & Networking
Eating, speaking about food, ideas exchange, getting to know each other and team forming.
11:55 PM – Closing location
Teams start working. Everyone bring their skills and contribute to the idea’s development.

Saturday October 19th

Teamwork begins!. Each member of a team, with his skills, will be essential for the development of a business idea!
